Since we work with a print-on-demand system, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preferences .
When will I receive my order?
Once you make your purchase, our print-on-demand provider manufactures your product especially for you. This process takes between 2 and 7 days.
The order is then shipped from the production center available for that item, which may be located within or outside of Chile. Delivery time is usually between 10 and 20 business days , depending on the destination and customs processing, if applicable.
